It sounds like you are looking for a replacement lift motor for a roof vent. There are several different options available depending on what make and model of vent you have. Since nothing corresponds with those part numbers, I recommend measuring your existing struts to find a replacement. For example, the Gas Shock # 372-5300-60 measures 20" extended and 11.41" compressed. If you have similar measurements you could use this as a replacement. If you need a 10 mm ball socket for the struts you can use the # 372BR-1020 or # 372BR-12553 for installation.

So it doesn't appear that we have any plugs that will fit your center cap so the only way to replace it would be to get a new cover entirely. If you measure the pilot hole for the wheel I can look for a replacement that will fit. For example. the Lionshead Trailer Wheel Center Cap w/ Snap-In Plug # LHCS102-SI60C fits a 3.19" pilot hole. We have a variety of slide out wiper seals that might work for your application but you'll want to look underneath/behind the seals you have pictured to make sure they don't have any other kind of design as well since that can change from slide out to slide out.
